Privacy Policy

Short version: we don’t collect personal data, set cookies or track you.

What happens when you use a calculator

All calculations run in your browser using JavaScript. The numbers you type are not sent to us or anyone else, and they are not stored.

Cookies and tracking

YardageLab does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or social media scripts.

Offline support

Your browser may store copies of our pages and files (using a standard feature called a service worker) so the calculators work without a connection. This data stays on your device, contains no personal information, and can be cleared in your browser settings.

Server logs

Like any website, the server that delivers these pages may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) for security and to keep the site running. We don’t use them to identify or profile visitors.

Contact form

If you send a message through our contact form, what you type (your name if you give it, your email address and your message) is sent to Web3Forms (web3forms.com), a form-processing service that forwards it to our inbox and keeps a copy so we can read it. We use your email address only to reply, and we delete messages we no longer need. Nothing is sent until you press “Send message”.

Changes

To keep the calculators free, we may add advertising or affiliate links in the future. Ad networks and affiliate programs may use cookies or similar technologies. Before that happens, this policy will be updated to say exactly what is used, and where the law requires it, you will be asked for consent first.

Questions: use the contact form.
